Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Analyst to design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik technologies, data modeling, ETL development, SQL, and dashboard design, with the ability to translate business requirements into impactful reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and/or Power BI.

  • Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

  • Build and maintain scalable data models that support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI solutions.

  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Troubleshoot BI applications and resolve data-related issues.

  • Support BI platform administration, security, and governance.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project delivery.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development and analytics.

  • Strong experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView.

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and database design.

  • Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration.

  • Experience developing data models and dimensional schemas.

  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP-based integrations.

  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Qlik Sense and/or QlikView certifications.

  • Experience working with Qlik Sense SaaS and Client-Managed environments.

  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.

  • Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Qlik NPrinting.

  • Experience working with cloud-based BI platforms and modern data architectures.
