About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering coffee, food, supplies, and other products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts. This person helps ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and professionally handled. Because this role interacts with cafe teams, wholesale partners, and occasionally guests, the Delivery Driver represents Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with professionalism, kindness, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Deliver coffee, food, supplies, and related products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts.
โ€ข Load, unload, organize, and transport products safely and accurately.
โ€ข Review invoices and delivery documents for accuracy.
โ€ข Track order discrepancies and communicate issues clearly to the appropriate managers or team members.
โ€ข Maintain professional communication with cafe teams, wholesale partners, and internal departments.
โ€ข Follow delivery routes, timing expectations, and safety procedures.
โ€ข Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use.
โ€ข Work independently while staying connected to the broader team.
โ€ข Represent Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with excellent service, reliability, and care.
What We're Looking For

โ€ข A clean driving record.
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
