We are looking for a reliable, organized, and service-minded Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys early mornings, working independently, staying active, and being part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and care.
About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering coffee, food, supplies, and other products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts. This person helps ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and professionally handled. Because this role interacts with cafe teams, wholesale partners, and occasionally guests, the Delivery Driver represents Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with professionalism, kindness, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver coffee, food, supplies, and related products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport products safely and accurately.
• Review invoices and delivery documents for accuracy.
• Track order discrepancies and communicate issues clearly to the appropriate managers or team members.
• Maintain professional communication with cafe teams, wholesale partners, and internal departments.
• Follow delivery routes, timing expectations, and safety procedures.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Work independently while staying connected to the broader team.
• Represent Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with excellent service, reliability, and care.
What We're Looking For
• A valid California driver's license.
• A clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Availability to work 4-5 days per week, with early morning start times.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple deliveries and priorities.
• Comfort working independently for much of the shift.
• A professional and respectful attitude when interacting with team members, partners, and guests.
