Position Summary / Objective

Pyrotecnico is actively hiring Seasonal Warehouse Technicians to support our upcoming busy season. These roles play a key part in preparing equipment, organizing inventory, and ensuring our shows are executed safely and efficiently.

We are hiring for multiple openings, with start dates based on business needs throughout the season.

Role Responsibilities

The following duties represent the primary responsibilities of the role. This list is not exhaustive. The individual in this position will perform additional tasks as assigned, adhere to all provisions of the Employee Manual, and participate in company initiatives and projects.

Equipment and Inventory Support

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
  • Support inventory organization and tracking using internal systems
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment as directed
  • Help label and organize gear for upcoming shows

Show Preparation and Support

  • Assist in pulling and prepping materials for shows
  • Check items in and out, reporting missing or damaged equipment
  • Support basic setup preparation tasks

Warehouse and Facility Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Assist with general facility upkeep and truck cleaning
  • Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment (training provided)
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Work Environment

Primarily warehouse-based with occasional administrative tasks. Work may increase during peak event seasons.

Physical Demands

The individual in this role must frequently walk, bend, stoop, stand, and climb throughout the warehouse. At times, the employee may remain stationary for desk or administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to push or pull up to 100 lbs occasionally and lift or carry up to 50 lbs frequently. The employee must safely operate machinery such as forklifts and standard hand and power tools and must wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a seasonal position with variable hours based on workload. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and extended shifts during peak periods.

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass an ATF background check
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred

  • Previous warehouse or labor experience
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Forklift experience (training/certification available)
  • Ability to work independently after training
