About the Role:

The People Relations Coordinator-Corporate &Retailsupports the organization'scommitmenttofosteringpositive associate relationships and ensuringcompliance with company policies, employment/labor laws, and HR best practices. This roleassistswith the intake andinvestigation ofassociateconcerns, conflictresolution,and promotes a respectful and inclusive workplace culture. Theywillhandle associate inquiries, interpret policies, and coordinate resolution processes to foster a productive work environment. The People Relations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will thrive bydemonstratingattention to detail, problem solving abilities, strong organizationalskills, clearcommunication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for People Relations inquiries and concerns, escalating as necessary.

  • Assist intheinvestigationsofassociateconcerns,includingharassment, discrimination,retaliation, conflicts,performance concerns, and other workplace issues.

  • Assist in preparing documentation such as disciplinary notices, investigation summaries, and associate correspondence.

  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Provide guidanceto associates and leadersonprocedures,expectations,andensuringconsistentinterpretation andapplicationof company policies.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Field Leaders on associate performance and behavior concerns.

  • Monitor trends in people relations issues and provide reports and recommendations to HR leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Assist with exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Track and analyze People Relations cases to identify trends, risks, or recurring issues; prepare reports and share insights with HR leadership.

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

3-5years of related Human Resourcesexperience, priorRetailexperience a plussupportingcorporatefunctions.

Additional Information:Prior Employee/People Relations experience preferred

Education:

Bachelor's Degree(preferred not required)or equivalentwork experience

Pay Range:$60,800---$87,800PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
