- Perform grounding work on drilling rigs, workover rigs, coil tubing units and other field equipment
- Install, connect, disconnect and remove grounding components
- Assist with equipment and facility decommissioning
- Disconnect, remove, relocate and reinstall production equipment and systems
- Bend, route and install tubing
- Disconnect and reconnect tubing, piping and associated components
- Remove and install valves, fittings, flanges and related equipment
- Assist with system hook-ups and return-to-service activities
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools and equipment required to perform field work

Requirements
- Previous Gang Pusher or field crew leadership experience
- Oil & gas production, drilling or facility maintenance experience

- Knowledge of production equipment, tubing, piping, valves and facility systems
- Experience with decommissioning and equipment installation/removal
- Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices and procedures
- Ability to safely lead and organize multiple field activities
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
