Position Overview

Pure Wellness Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Roanoke, Virginia. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions aimed at different specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
  • Utilize research-driven methods to provide skilled therapeutic care, assessing patient progress and modifying treatment as necessary.
  • Engage in effective patient education, teaching patients and their caregivers about recovery processes and ongoing care strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while meeting minimum utilization goals and organizational objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse patient population at our center includes individuals recovering from surgery, sports-related injuries, chronic pain conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

  • A valid State License in Physical Therapy in Virginia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
