Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive patient assessments, including gathering medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and performing diagnostic evaluations to provide accurate clinical insights.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with supervising physicians, ensuring best practices are followed for improved patient outcomes.
• Perform a variety of procedures and minor surgical interventions under the supervision of attending physicians, utilizing both clinical expertise and the latest medical technologies.
• Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to empower them in managing their health and promote wellness.
• Document patient encounters meticulously, ensuring that all medical records are current and reflective of treatment plans and follow-ups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant at Pure Health, you will engage with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, with a variety of surgical needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Demonstrable strong clinical skills with the ability to effectively function independently within your scope of practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and team members.
• A commitment to patient-centered and compassionate care that respects the individual needs of each patient.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a surgical or urgent care setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and a familiarity with healthcare software used in surgical centers.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
