Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients per day

  • Average inpatient consults: 0 - 4 consults per week

  • Shared call expectation

  • Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators

  • Potential outreach to surrounding locations

    • Type I Diabetes

    • Type II Diabetes

    • Insulin pumps

    • Continuous Glucose Monitoring

    • Primary Hyperparathyroidism
