Responsibilities include:

· Creating and Utilizing the Daily Item Journal for Stock Purchasing

· Creating and Utilizing the Daily Past Due Report

· Creating New Inventory Items in the System

· Updating Purchase Orders per confirmations from Vendors

· Researching Stock Items and evaluating Vendors to ensure VT receives best price with best lead time

· Verification of replacement parts to replace obsolete parts

· Assisting Receiving with verification of product coming in

· Assisting Maintenance Team in procuring parts needed to repair equipment and improve processes.

· Verification of Invoices and approval for payment

· Assisting Accounting and Satellite Plants with the Maintenance Computer System and the Integration with the Accounting System

· Assisting with tool room coverage when needed

· Other tasks or projects assigned by your Lead or Manager
