Project Coordinator

Location: Des Peres, Missouri (Onsite)


Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities. This role involves ensuring effective communication, coordination, and documentation to facilitate the successful completion of projects. You will support the execution of medium-scale projects by coordinating activities under the direction of a Project Manager or Program Lead, supporting both traditional and agile delivery models.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project execution and delivery, supporting planning, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.

  • Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies, providing accurate reporting and facilitating issue resolution to keep projects on track.

  • Enable successful team delivery through Agile ceremonies, cross-functional coordination, testing support, and project governance activities.

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and develop strategies to see projects through from beginning to end.

  • Receive and file project documents, create and maintain project schedules, and create responsibility lists for project team members.

  • Keep track of documents such as purchase orders, budgets, and contracts.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or management is required, with exposure to both waterfall and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience.

  • Technical Skills: Experience working with Clarity is a mandatory requirement. Experience with tools such as Jira or AHA is also required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

  • A PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
