Job Summary

Job Title: Administrative Assistant-Contract

S.A. Comunale is seeking a Administrative Assistant-Contract to support the Reading, PA office. Provide administrative support to the assigned branch office. Duties include general clerical, purchasing, inventory, and accounting responsibilities and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and scheduling appointments.
  • Create and maintain various office records.
  • Create and modify documents such as meeting minutes, proposals, quotes, sales activity reports, and miscellaneous correspondence.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly.
  • Assist in processing payroll for technicians including obtaining employee time information, submitting time information to the Payroll Department, and checking the edit listing before the check run as needed.
  • Prepare all service and Branch Manager proposals as directed.
  • Print and maintain all bid documents as well as prepare for all bids.
  • Perform background checks as needed.
  • Obtain all information necessary for contracts and review sheets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
