This role oversees menu planning, food preparation, purchasing, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards, while mentoring and managing a team of dining staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with culinary knowledge, proven management experience, and a commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Dining Services team, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Plan and manage daily food service operations, ensuring meals are high quality, nutritious, and meet unique dietary needs of residents.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and regulatory best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standard recipes and menu cycles.
  • Plan and participate in special meals, events, and celebrations.
  • Actively participates in meal services.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:
