Parts & Inventory Manager
Camp Hill, PA
Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Parts & Inventory Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, and parts support for our service teams. This role ensures technicians have the right parts at the right time while maintaining inventory accuracy, building strong vendor relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The position also provides oversight and support to parts operations at our other branch locations, with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, and warehouse operations.
  • Source parts for commercial food equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and replenishment.
  • Support technicians and dispatch by ensuring parts are available for service calls.
  • Oversee and support parts operations at other K&D branch locations.
  • Travel to branch locations as needed for inventory, training, and operational support.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and manage pricing, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Support parts sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse management, preferably within the food equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, or service industries.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving record must align with our safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel between K&D branch locations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
