Job description

Position Summary :
Responsible for ensuring that our truck inventory is properly prepped for resale, is properly displayed and properly maintained. Provide support and assistance for the sales department to enhance their ability to sale easier. This position is also responsible for taking quality photos of our truck inventory and help manage the dealership website.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Timely intake of trucks purchased. Assist inventory manager with stocking in trucks.
  • Move and adjust display of units as needed
  • Take pictures of trucks as needed for advertisement and upload to various websites
  • Maintain proper fuel levels in inventory
  • Support Company Accounting Department requests for inventory verification and locations
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
  • Implement improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft
  • Assist in maintaining inventory communication with the Sales Reps
  • Track and communicate all internal company truck transfers location to location

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience managing physical inventory
Experience using Excel - formatting, filtering, sorting, etc. {does not required formulas, macros, pivot tables}
Photography experience is a plus
