WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - NOW HIRING
Mac Properties
Mac Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support maintenance operations across our portfolio. This role is hands-on in the warehouse and also includes inventory auditing and purchase order (PO) management, requiring strong computer and data accuracy skills.
This is a full-time position with benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) after 90-days of employment. The pay rate for this role is $20/hour.
What You'll Do
  • Receive, organize, and distribute maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and audits
  • Process and manage purchase orders (POs) and verify documentation for accuracy
  • Use computer systems to track inventory, audit usage, and update records
  • Load and unload deliveries and prepare materials for field teams
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Support urgent supply requests from maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required (inventory systems, PO tracking, data entry)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in auditing and recordkeeping
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Forklift experience/certification is a plus
