Job description
We are seeking an energetic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Retail Sales Associate you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise
- Have extensive product knowledge and be able to make recommendations
- Process purchases at register, collect payments, issue receipts
- Merchandise products by displaying items, stocking shelves, rotating inventory
- Maintain shop appearance by cleaning floors, shelves, displays
- Build customer loyalty through friendly interactions and sales assistance
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure sales floor is neat, clean and well-organized
Requirements:
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to move or lift merchandise up to 30 lbs
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
- High school diploma or GED required
