Purchasing Coordinator

Schedule: Full-Time

ThePurchasing Coordinatoris responsible forsourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and supplies to support daily operations. This role also includes administrative andlogisticssupport such as handling mail across multiple facilities, document management, and processing deposits. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Procurement

  • Process purchase orders and track order status to ensuretimelydelivery

  • Communicate with vendorsregardingpricing, availability, and order updates

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of purchases, invoices, and contracts

  • Assistin sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering as needed

  • Resolve issues related to shipments, discrepancies, or billing

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrativeassistanceto the team (filing, data entry, document management)
