Purchasing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Re-acknowledgements of factory orders
  • Review Open PO Report and Past Due PO report
  • CR PO releases
  • Issue Factory PO’s
  • Regional back-order re-ack
  • Suppliers Assessment Request and update ASL
  • Review and complete daily transfer report
  • Help review Zendesk tickets
  • Other task as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years buying experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems, preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
