Job description
Responsibilities Include:
• Support the purchasing, planning, and production of custom millwork, interior doors, and molding products within our manufacturing facility.
• Procure raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet production schedules and inventory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory and production reports.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Issue and track purchase orders to ensure materials are received on time and production remains on schedule.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to support efficient workflow, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong vendor relationships while identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Experience with millwork manufacturing, interior door production, molding operations, or related building materials is a plus.

  • Ability to read and interpret specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $27.00 - $35.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
