Position Title: Purchasing Agents
Work Location: Maxwell AFB, AL
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Summary
C² Technologies seeks Purchasing Agents to support the acquisition and issuance of approved professional certifications for Air Force and Space Force clients in support of the Air Force Credentialing Opportunity On Line (AF COOL) program.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, load, and verify certifications relevant to Air Force and Space Force career fields
  • Advise clients on approved credentialing options, funding availability, and support requirements
  • Create and manage educational goals within AFAEMS
  • Prepare and submit approval and funding requests for Government review
  • Load, track, and reconcile funding requests and purchase receipts for credentialing support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date education records in compliance with program requirements

  • Associate degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automated education management systems or personnel management databases
  • Experience working with Academic Institution Portal (AI Portal) and Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS), or a comparable system
