Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Purchasing Assistantto join our team!
Position Highlights:
As the Purchasing Assistant, you will be assisting in all inventory counts, ensure proper data is entered into our software, and ensure we have the appropriate inventory in stock to meet our customer's needs.
As the Purchasing Assistant your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Receives and checks in deliveries in a timely manner
  • Restocks and rotates products on shelves
  • Purchase inventory and other products based on specific company guidelines
  • Returns products to wholesalers due to damage or overstock
  • Performs daily inventory audits
