Are you detail-oriented with a knack for streamlining procurement processes? Join our dynamic team in Batavia, IL, as a Purchasing Assistant and play a vital role in sourcing quality materials while supporting our operations. This full-time position offers an engaging work environment where your organizational skills and vendor management expertise will directly contribute to our success.

In this role, you will evaluate new vendors, secure competitive quotes, issue purchase orders, and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials. You'll also assist in maintaining inventory and ERP system accuracy, supporting our production and office teams alike.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Over 1 year of experience working with ERP software
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing purchasing role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills in reading and writing in English
