Job description

Administrative Assistant

This individual is responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assuming reception and phone duties. These duties include but are not limited to: quality assurance for database system, supply purchasing, assisting staff with routine office tasks, including typing, filing, transcribing meeting minutes, assuming receptionist and phone duties. The Administrative Assistant keeps Continuum Care Services business operations and activities organized and moving forward. The person that functions in this role must be an energetic, self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and who can take the initiative to improve them. Using strong communication skills, the Administrative Assistant effectively collaborates with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope. The Administrative Assistant must be able to analyze and anticipate the needs of managers, team members and their projects. When circumstances demand, you'll provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with your administrative team's guidance. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment along with the grace and willingness to change direction when circumstances demand. Regardless of duties and assignment, strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills must be demonstrated at all times.
