Job description

Antonella's Wholesale is a family-owned business located in Miami, Florida. We manufacture the
Deliciosas Crackers that are present in almost all the retailers in Miami and around Florida.
We are looking for a motivated person to join our dynamic and growing team with experience in the
accounts receivables field and the ability to multitask to assist management with administrative duties.
Job Summary: Seeking a receptionist/clerical/accounting/ administrative assistant for a fast-paced
environment.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily posting of the account receivable data.
Process accounts and incoming payments. Post customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit
card transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Tracks revenues by verifying and entering customer invoices, bank deposits, credit memos, returns and
credit applications.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly
posted.
Communicate with customers sending them bill remainders, statements and collection notices.
Periodically generate all necessary accounts receivable and customer reports.
Maintain communication with customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing or
payment issue.
Keep customers files updated and collect delinquent payments.
Other responsibilities:
Receptionist.
Administrative assistance.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management in areas such as customer service and
human resources as requested by the administrative team.
Responsible for the collection of the prospective employee’s documentation.
Job type: Full time
Work location: Physical presence. In office.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Half day Saturdays if needed.
Salary: Hourly. Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business accounting or finance.
Experience in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft office. Efficient abilities in Excell.
Knowledge and experience in the use of accounting software.
Strong communications skills. Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
