We're hiring a Regional Project Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in Phoenix, AZ and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Regional Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the scope of project installation and completion of project scope. May be required to lead and mentor program and project managers.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain all compliance regulations related to position
  • Must be able to train and coach Pump and Power associates on equipment trouble-shooting and product knowledge
  • Travel to all Pump and Power locations to help set up correct procedures
  • Working knowledge of current fleet in all locations
  • Must stay up-to-date on all safety procedures relating to fleet
  • Develop multi skill level Pump and Power Training programs for EquipmentShare Product Specialist and Field Service Mechanics
  • Assist Project Specialist in technical sales applications
  • Engineer and manage large projects

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
  • Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
