Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for new product introductions, including pricing, launch timelines, and promotional planning, while managing product budgets. 
  • Determine and oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across channels such as print, digital, website banners, and social media (e-marketing). 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and distributors to drive business growth and meet annual revenue targets. 
  • Manage and execute the annual tradeshow plan and e-marketing budget to support effective market promotion. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management (PJM), and Sales teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. 
  • Travel up to 30%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field
  • Exposure to Antenna business.  
  • Relationships with OEM customers/distributors in North America. 
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods
