Job description

Job Description

The Senior Customer Relationship Management Developer is going to function as the technical developer holding responsibility for the implementation and design of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

They shall also be responsible for the functional design and integration of the CRM system with other corporate programs such as advertising, operations, and data administration oversight. 

The Senior Developer will produce and design innovative solutions to permit the company to enhance its earnings outcomes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

At a minimum, the candidate will be answerable for:

  • Being able to provide technical direction and advice on program design and problem resolution.
  • Ability to ensure that the architectural and infrastructure records are accurate and current.
  • Designing, creating and maintaining an elaborate assortment of applications that support both Marketing and Sales such as proprietary applications including off-the-shelf products.
  • Working directly with senior stakeholders from the industry to help ascertain system requirements and potential system alternatives.
  • Building and or supplying input to project aims and communicate progress to supervisors or internal customers, as is proper or required by the project.
  • Working together with essential business users on procedures and asks while troubleshooting user documented mistakes.
  • Supervising and providing comprehensive systems specification and technical design documentation based on company requirements obtained from internal customers.
  • Working together with the database administrator to create an efficient and effective database layout and schema.

At a minimum, the candidate should have:

  • BA in Computer Science (or related discipline).
  • 5+ years of expertise in applications development (or similar experience).

Applied experience in:

  • Dynamics CRM (2013 or higher).
  • Experience with composing custom plugins and workflows for Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience writing custom integrations between software.
  • Working together with firm experts/leaders on specialized solutions to satisfy specific requirements.
