Job description

Renown Health and University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary Medicine Physician to join our well-supported and established Pulmonary Medicine Section of the Department of Medicine.  As the only Level II Trauma Center for both adults and children between Sacramento and Salt Lake City, Renown leads the way in delivering compassionate, innovative care that’s tailored to the needs of our growing community. 

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Full-time position in an established pulmonary/critical care department offering a flexible work-life balance within a collaborative, supportive environment. 
  • Blocked schedule rotation model across IP Pulmonary Consults, Critical Care, and OP Clinic. 
  • 7on/7off schedule when on IP service.   Mon-Fri when on OP Clinic block. 
  • EPIC EMR
  • Affiliate Faculty Appointment with UNR Med with participation in academic clinical education/mentorship of medical students, residents, and PA students. 
  • Community-based training model with ACGME-accredited IM, FM, Pediatric, and Psychiatry residencies.
