Our Surgical Center operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where patient needs are prioritized. You will work onsite within a supportive setting that promotes open communication among healthcare professionals. Our typical clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expectation of approximately 40 hours per week. Additionally, you may participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis, which allows us to offer continuous care to patients facing emergencies or urgent needs.

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and focused examinations on patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat disorders.
• Diagnose a variety of ENT conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with established best practices.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and audiometric evaluations to support clinical decision-making.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and self-care strategies to facilitate informed decisions and improve treatment adherence.
• Collaborate effectively with attending physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth clinical operations.
• Maintain accurate and thoroughly documented patient records, adhering to legal and regulatory standards for patient confidentiality and medical record management.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ENT practices and technologies, participating in continuing education and professional development to enhance your skill set.

Your main focus will be on patients experiencing various ENT conditions, ranging from simple ailments like allergies, sinus infections, and tonsillitis to more complex cases requiring surgical intervention. • A current Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Nevada, along with certification from an accredited PA program.
• A Bachelor's Degree with a strong foundation in medical sciences, specifically tailored toward patient care standards.

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting, working directly with ENT patients is highly preferred.

Our competitive salary for the ENT Physician Assistant position ranges from USD 250,000 to USD 350,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a robust benefits package, including:
