Work Environment

Our Surgical Center operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where patient needs are prioritized. You will work onsite within a supportive setting that promotes open communication among healthcare professionals. Our typical clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expectation of approximately 40 hours per week. Additionally, you may participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis, which allows us to offer continuous care to patients facing emergencies or urgent needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and focused examinations on patients presenting with ear, nose, and throat disorders.
  • Diagnose a variety of ENT conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with established best practices.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and audiometric evaluations to support clinical decision-making.
  • Educate and counsel patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and self-care strategies to facilitate informed decisions and improve treatment adherence.
  • Collaborate effectively with attending physicians, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and smooth clinical operations.
  • Maintain accurate and thoroughly documented patient records, adhering to legal and regulatory standards for patient confidentiality and medical record management.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ENT practices and technologies, participating in continuing education and professional development to enhance your skill set.
