The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

What You Will Do 

  • Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. 

  • Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. 

  • Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. 

  • Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. 

  • Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. 

  • Create and submit invoices to our external customers. 

  • Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. 

  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.


Qualifications You Must Have 

  • A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions. 

  • 2+ years of experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations. 

  • 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment. 

  • Experience working with SAP is a plus.

  • Experience with invoicing based on cost.

  • Ability to support multiple time zones. 

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work well in teams.
