The role involves publishing to platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring quality assurance, and managing reports related to content submissions.
Responsibilities:
• manage the upload and metadata creation of content, and content lifecycle
• publish to platforms which include Adobe Experience Manager, to support product and sales functions
• generate content upload reports
• manage quality assurance reviews of content submitted for web publishing
• communicate with content submitters and content owners to alleviate quality issues
• ensure that content is labeled as regulatory compliant
• utilize password protection appropriately
• manage daily reports of English and translated content
• assist with acquisition rebranding and regulatory compliance projects
• manage a SharePoint site
