Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) Supervisor, The Edit, Fast Action Support Team

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the investment arm of Publicis Media, supercharging our agencies and clients to drive smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships, and intelligence. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace, solving industry challenges and executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.

The Edit is a team of experts responsible for thought leadership, innovation, negotiations, tactical planning, investment and the future of connecting brands to premium editorial content across PMX. We are looking for talented and highly motivated team members to join the growing group and help drive all aspects of executing publishing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A position on The Edit team is one that will give an employee the chance to be an expert in all areas of Publishing, having the opportunity to lead agency projects and grow their career by working with agency managers, across a variety of brands/verticals, as well as new business teams. The person in this position will experience all aspects of publishing (planning, buying, negotiating, post campaign reporting, training, etc.). This person will also work collaboratively with Strategy teams and industry vendors. The publishing marketplace is continually evolving with more innovative offerings in the areas of digital, social, data partnerships, eCommerce, content, etc. It is an exciting time to work in publishing!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in managing the development, execution, and stewardship/project management of publishing plans with flawless execution
  • Includes, but is not limited to, developing consideration sets, drafting RFP templates, evaluating vendor proposals, managing rate contracts and details across print, newspaper, digital, mobile, tablet, and integrated programs, and post buys
  • Prepare and present plans, as needed, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and all backup materials
  • Manage the cadence of reporting and create executive summaries (Spend rollups, competitive reporting and client reporting, etc.)
  • Manage print billing process which can include insertion orders, monthly billing, discrepancy resolution & reconciliation
  • Meet with vendors to stay on top of marketplace and cultivate relationships within the vendor community
  • Develop collaborative working relationship with strategy teams
  • Manage, train, and develop Associates/Jr. Associates, including checking employee work to ensure accuracy and continued participation in training offerings
  • Inspire creativity and innovation with team members

Qualifications:

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually.
