About the Role

We're accelerating fast and are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Leader to expand and optimize our publisher ecosystem. You'll work closely with major digital brands across news, personal finance, insurance, and comparison-shopping categories. This role is critical in expanding our reach and driving high-intent insurance shoppers into our marketplace.

This is a high-impact, performance-driven role for someone who thrives on owning partnerships, loves digging into data, and knows how to scale winning campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and negotiate supply-side deals with premium publishers and digital media platforms.
  • Expand distribution across editorial, SEO, marketplace, and personal-finance channels.
  • Oversee API, S2S, postback, pixel, and programmatic integrations for click, lead, and call distribution.
  • Monitor traffic quality and ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Analyze funnel metrics including RPL, EPC, CTR, conversion rates, bind rates, and partner-level trends.
  • Serve as the bridge between external partners and internal product, engineering, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Bring market insights and partner requirements to influence product roadmap and supply strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in digital partnerships, publisher development, affiliate management, or marketplace supply roles.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and monetization models (CPC, CPL, CPA, rev-share, pay-per-call).
  • Experience working directly with insurance or financial publishers and optimizing traffic at scale.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, postbacks, S2S tracking, and attribution/measurement platforms.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex partner reporting and funnel data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High commitment to quality, compliance, and transparent performance insights.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated verticals is a plus.
