Business Development Manager, CTV, Global Partnerships

Job description

Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As Business Development Manager, CTV, Global Partnerships at RZR, you will serve as a key partner to the Head of Global Partnerships - providing operational depth and continuity across RZR's growing publisher ecosystem. CTV is a critical and fast-moving channel for RZR, and this role is the team's primary subject matter expert: owning publisher outreach, relationships, and supply strategy in that space.

Beyond CTV, you will lead contract negotiations with new partners and evaluate emerging verticals including ad servers, data partners, and PMPs. As RZR scales its partnerships function, this hire ensures the team can move faster and go deeper without a single point of failure.

This is an individual contributor role with real ownership from day one. You will not be handed a playbook - you will build one. The right person brings genuine CTV depth, proven negotiation ability, and the judgment to operate independently while keeping the right people aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own RZR's CTV publisher partnerships end-to-end, serving as the team's primary SME - including outreach, relationship management, and long-term supply strategy
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive CTV supply strategy, identifying gaps, prioritizing publishers, and tracking market developments in the space
  • Lead contract negotiations with new and existing partners, managing redlines and driving deals to close with speed and precision
  • Assess and evaluate new partner verticals - including ad servers, data partners, and PMPs - with a clear recommendation on prioritization and fit
  • Provide operational redundancy for the Head of Global Partnerships, ensuring continuity across active deals, partner relationships, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, and sales to move partnership agreements forward efficiently
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners, tracking outreach status, negotiation stage, and expected close timelines

Required Skills and ExperienceMust-Have
  • 8-10 years industry related experience
  • Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem - including supply chain dynamics, publisher monetization models, ad serving, and how CTV functions as a programmatic channel
  • Proven ability to own a partnership vertical independently, from outreach through negotiation to close, without day-to-day oversight
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with experience managing redlines and driving deals to execution
  • Excellent communicator - able to represent RZR credibly with senior external partners and align internal stakeholders across functions
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, sales, and product teams
Nice-to-Have
  • Existing relationships with CTV publishers, ad servers, or data partners relevant to RZR's supply strategy
  • Experience evaluating and onboarding new partner verticals (PMPs, data partnerships, ad server integrations)

Why Join RZR?
  • Own a high-growth vertical from day one - CTV is one of the fastest-growing channels in programmatic, and this person will set RZR's supply strategy for it with real autonomy, not inherited playbooks.
  • High visibility to senior leadership - this role sits directly alongside the Head of Global Partnerships and will be seen and heard at the highest levels of the company.
  • Foundational impact on company growth - RZR's partnerships function is a core revenue driver, and the work this person does will directly shape how the company scales over the next few years.
  • Breadth of scope - beyond CTV, this role touches contract negotiations, new vertical evaluation, and cross-functional strategy, making it a rare opportunity for someone who wants both depth and variety.

RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership Move Fast Drive for Excellence Proactive Communication Courage Curiosity Deliver Results Manage Ambiguity
