Job description

The Software Administrator will help organize, document and plan software development efforts, taking note of and reporting on progress of all initiatives within the department, as well as server other administrative functions as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serve as the central coordinator and librarian of all project documentation
• Triage incoming software requests, and monitor software channels to insure proper routing or requests
• Record and publish meeting minutes
• Track and maintain lists of action items, needed information, and other outstanding information needs between the software team and other departments
• Work directly with Project Managers to update and communicate plans, progress, status, and changes for all projects
• Create and maintain Processes and Procedures for the software Department
• Work with software development management team to create a proactive approach to communication and problem solving
• Work with software development management team to implement solutions that drive the development process forward
• Administer various reporting and documentation tools
• Use background of industry experience to facilitate communication between software and other departments and customers
• Perform various building and general administrative functions as assigned, such as hotel desk management, travel scheduling, stocking items, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
