PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISOR With minimal guidance, perform one or more of the duties of this category and related work as required: a. Provide policy guidance and assess policy impacts on County public health programs or operations. Assist the Health Department or County leadership in establishing goals, objectives, priorities, or strategic plans. Advise on the design, development or implementation of Public Health programs or services. Advise on the development of partnerships involving governmental and non-governmental organizations from multiple sectors at the community, state, and/or national levels. Develop frameworks guiding health education or outreach. b. Evaluate operational and fiscal performance of Public Health, Governmental or Nonprofit programs. Develop reports, presentations and other materials that may be released to the public or to senior or elected  Exhibit 1 leadership. Conduct advanced data analytics, reporting or interpretation of public health data sets. Develop approaches and solutions that accommodate urgent social and economic concerns. Develop and apply new public health program methods, approaches, and technology or the extension, revision, and adaptation of existing methodology to new and unusual situations. c. Serve as a public health subject matter expert; provide advice and guidance to senior public health or County leadership on a wide variety of public health matters.
