What is a pub bar staff?

Pub bar staff are employees who work in pubs or bars, serving drinks, preparing simple food, handling cash and payments, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant experience. Their duties often include taking orders, pouring and mixing drinks, cleaning tables, and maintaining the bar area. Good customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key skills for this role. Pub bar staff may also be responsible for checking identification to verify the legal drinking age and handling any customer issues that arise.

Job description

Discover the Exciting Side of Myrtle Beach & Conway with Pedal Pub!

Are you tired of boring desk jobs and mundane routines? Want to get paid to party on a bike? Pedal Pub, the nation's largest party bike company, is looking for bold, outgoing individuals to lead our epic tours through Conway and Myrtle Beach’s hottest spots. Perfect for those who thrive on excitement, our tours promise unforgettable memories and endless fun—or at least a great story to tell. This position will mostly be based in Myrtle Beach, but it would be amazing if you had the flexibility to lead tours in both locations.

Are you a fit?

Do you have the charisma to charm a crowd? Are you the life of the party? If you're ready for an adventure that's far from ordinary, you might be the perfect fit as a Pedal Pub Pilot! If the thought of an outdoor job where you can flaunt your top-notch hospitality and entertainment skills in a lively, social atmosphere excites you, then Pedal Pub is calling your name!

Pedal Pub conducts tours on our 16-passenger pedal-powered bikes. Pilots are responsible for operating bikes and leading wildly entertaining two-hour tours while helping guests celebrate everything from bachelorette parties to family reunions. Bring your personality and wit to create an unforgettable experience, all while showing off the best of Conway or Myrtle Beach.

Apply now to join our eccentric team where every tour is your stage to create legendary moments for our guests. Core Values:

  1. Run it like you own it.
  2. Have Fun.

  • Ensure every guest has signed a waiver and is of legal drinking age (no fake IDs).
  • Turn around tours quickly because the party never stops.
  • Follow check-out procedures like a pro.

  • Be physically fit and ready to pedal for extended periods while keeping the energy high.
  • Commitment to passenger safety with the ability to stay calm and make quick decisions (even if you're faking it).
  • Embrace a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays—prime party times.
  • Punctual and reliable (we're counting on you to make sure tours are on time).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, sit, and walk for long periods—you're not just sitting pretty.
  • Must be 18 or older with a squeaky-clean driving record—no DUIs, period.
