Social Butterflies Psychotherapy LCSW PLLC
Hybrid | Queens, Garden City & Telehealth | New York

Join a growing, supportive private practice where your clinical skills are valued and your professional growth matters.

Social Butterflies Psychotherapy is seeking compassionate, motivated psychotherapists to provide high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout New York. We are a clinician-centered practice focused on collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the treatment team.
  • Participate in supervision and clinical consultation.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Required

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP in New York State.
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Preferred

  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Trauma-informed care experience.
  • Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, Family Systems, or related evidence-based modalities.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
