• Conduct thorough psychometric assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with individual client goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to diverse populations.
• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing.
• Monitor and document clients' progress quantitatively and qualitatively, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective coping strategies and safety planning.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to develop integrated care approaches for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and staying current with advancements in the field of mental health.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by clients from different backgrounds will be essential in creating effective treatment strategies tailored to their experiences. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
