You will utilize advanced teletherapy technologies to conduct sessions and maintain communication with fellow team members.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients in managing mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to additional services as appropriate, helping clients access the crucial support they need.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations through our electronic health record system, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to offer an integrated approach to client care.
• Participate in regular professional development, team meetings, and supervision sessions to enhance professional skills and stay current with industry advancements.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, reflecting various backgrounds and presenting different mental health challenges. Your approach will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more, ultimately contributing to their mental well-being and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in technology, with experience utilizing virtual therapy platforms and managing electronic documentation systems.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals and families across varied ages and backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, effective in cultivating rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for clear documentation and interaction.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in direct service provision, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Experience working within educational settings or with student populations, given the focus on supporting mental health in school environments.
