Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, and develop, implement, and monitor effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, including session notes and treatment plan revisions, in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Exemplify outstanding customer service by responding promptly and empathetically to client inquiries, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers and medical professionals, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients meet and exceed their personal and mental health goals.

Qualifications
