(Registered) Behavior Technician

Paid Training | $22-$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | North Carolina

We are hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across North Carolina and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living
  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule
  • Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in home-based settings with families
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout North Carolina
  • After-school and/or weekend availability preferred
RBT Candidates Encouraged to Apply
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) strongly encouraged to apply
  • RBT credential preferred, but not required to apply
  • 120-day RBT certification window provided for new hires (NC Medicaid requirement)
  • Paid training and onboarding provided
  • Support available toward RBT certification
  • Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs
