About the Role
ATC Healthcare Services of Las Vegas is seeking a Therapist Intern for placement with one of our partner adolescent behavioral health programs.
This role is ideal for developing clinicians who are working toward licensure and want hands-on clinical experience in a supportive, structured environment. You will work directly with adolescents while receiving guidance from licensed professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy under supervision
  • Assist with developing and updating treatment plans
  • Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards
  • Engage actively in supervision and professional development

Qualifications
⚠️ Must be credentialed and licensed as an intern in the state of Nevada.
Applicants must already hold their Nevada intern license prior to hire.
  • One of the following Nevada credentials is required:
    • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I)
    • Marriage & Family Therapy Intern (MFT-I)
    • Social Work Intern (LSW, LMSW, or equivalent)
    • Psychology Post-Doc with appropriate Nevada supervision arrangements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in RTC, residential treatment, or higher levels of care
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with adolescent clients
  • Understanding of counseling theories and therapeutic modalities
  • Strong ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, and boundaries
  • Openness to supervision and clinical feedback
