Job description

Description:
On Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, they would work with my colleague, on being available to a furniture vendor and sub-contractor, opening office doors, and advising such staff on where to put new furniture pieces on a floor map. They would show vendors into spaces and handle minor details with office renovations, like meeting painters and electricians on campus.
With any remaining time and/or on Wednesday, the individual would be:
  • Be placing district team shutdown signage notifications around buildings
  • Staff a field program pick-up desk in Green 011
  • Taking PSSI or property members to locations to pick up assets or disposals
  • Performing UG2 cleanliness audits with a checklist

Number of hours per week: 16-20
Shift timing/schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8 am โ€“ 12 pm/1 pm (Onsite)
