What are PSS (Personal Support Specialists)?

Personal Support Specialists (PSS) are professionals who assist individuals with daily living activities, typically in a home or community setting. PSS workers play a crucial role in supporting elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or clients recovering from illness or surgery, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
