About this role in the team:

We pride ourselves on innovation, creativity and developing within a rapidly expanding industry. Our accelerated growth is driven by our successful product offerings. BVNK is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate that is fluent in Spanish to join our Commercial team as the Sales Director - Fintech & PSP in the United States. This role reports directly to the SVP, Fintech & PSP but will work closely with other functions within the business. This role will encompass all aspects of the sales process; lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial team to acquire and develop new relationships with relevant clients. You will utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue for BVNK across all product lines
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with clients in financial verticals
  • Understanding the needs of clients at every stage of their development and consider how BVNK may continue to add value while also evaluating competitor activities
  • Work with commercial lead to build and manage pipeline of clients as well as developing the commercial strategy for adequate coverage of targeted verticals
  • Utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Be the commercial point of contact for product managers to understand customer pain points, product requests and feedback
  • Actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with clients

What we need from you:

  • Experience - 5+ years end to end sales & business development
  • Experience developing business within the fintech / digital asset industry
  • Successful track record for managing relationships and closing business
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experienced in successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Experienced with MEDDIC or similar Sales Methodologies.

Salary Range - $120,000 - $150,000 per year + Uncapped Commission
