Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greets visitors and manages front desk operations
• Answers incoming calls and routes them to appropriate staff
• Maintains visitor logs and ensures front office security
• Supports scheduling, mail distribution, and general office coordination
• Provides basic administrative support to departments as needed
• Maintains a professional and welcoming office environment
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
