Job description

Position title : Financial Execution and Operations Support, Program Analyst Journeyman Location : Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD Clearance required : SECRET Scope: Provide journeyman-level program analysis and operations support across financial execution and portfolio functions for the RTI Business & Operations Group. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Support funding-document review, tracking, and reporting across RTI financial operations. * Support technical meetings and event coordination, including agenda development and executive summary drafting. * Support onboarding of new government personnel, records management, and completion of taskers. * Assist with reporting requirements to Project Leaders and Government managers. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I). * Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I). * Active Secret clearance. * Demonstrated program-analysis and data-reporting capability. * Strong organizational and coordination skills in a government support environment. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Army financial/data systems. * Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG support.
