We're looking for a Client Relations Manager who thrives in the field, building relationships, walking properties, identifying client needs, and closing deals. Your Responsibilities

  • Promote and present services tailored to individual customer needs
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication

Requirements

Requirements:

  •  At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Maintaining a book of business 
  •  Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience with Service Fusion is a plus. 
  •  Active driver license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience with providing estimates for customers
  • Asphalt and pressure washing quoting experience a plus
  • Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and people skills and is self-motivated to win. Experience in the property management/maintenance fields is preferred. This position provides an uncapped income potential.
