Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our components division, supporting approximately 400 hourly production employees and a small office staff at a single-site, multi-shift manufacturing operation . As a key member of the leadership team, you will serve as the senior HR presence on site, providing both strategic and operational leadership while shaping culture and driving talent initiatives in a dynamic, production-focused environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across the division to build strong teams, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support continued business growth. You will also lead and develop a collaborative HR function, working alongside an HR Generalist to deliver impactful, employee-focused solutions. With the support of an HR Director and an enterprise-wide HR team, you will have the opportunity to leverage shared expertise, contribute to broader initiatives, and directly influence workforce capability, employee engagement, and overall business performance while advancing your own professional growth.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary HR leader for the division, partnering with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives and improve organizational performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the division,  providing guidance on workforce effectiveness, employee relations, and talent development
  • Guide employee relations and engagement efforts, supporting complex and escalated issues while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace
  • Oversee talent management processes, including recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Develop and coach supervisors and managers to strengthen leadership capability and support employee growth and retention
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing and improving HR operations, processes, and programs
  • Lead and support the HR Generalist while collaborating with the HR Director and enterprise HR team to deliver effective HR services and advance broader HR strategies

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated leadership capability
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing or production workforce strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence decision-making with strong business and HR acumen
  • Solid experience managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance strategic and hands-on work
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
